I waited to be seated for 10 minutes. Nobody was ahead of me. I finally got seated ordered a Margarita and a water. The Margarita was watered down. Ordered the Carne Asada. Chips and salsa never came. Had to ask twice for them. They arrived after meal was served. Then i had to ask for my tortillas after the meal was served. Carne Asada wasn't very tender. Difficult to chew a bite off of. I stepped away to the restroom and placed a napkin over a full margarita glass. I'm under the understanding that this means I will return to finish my drink/meal. I was gone for maybe 3 minutes only to return to an empty table. My food and drink had been taken as if I had left. I returned to a receipt only on my table.

Today was my 1st time coming to this restaurant and it will definitely be the last! I ordered the chicken enchiladas with red sauce (which I do not recommend at all) and on the first bite I took I instantly called the waitress over to let her know it did not taste right. I had already eaten a few bites of my rice so I told her she could charge me for a side of rice but I did not want the plate. She told me that she is still going to charge me for the $15 plate because “the food isn’t the problem, I’m the one with the problem with how it tastes” I asked if I could speak to her manager and she said there was no manager on duty so I had to deal with her. At this point I’m getting upset with how rude and unprofessional she is being and tell her I’m not going to pay for a plate I did not eat nor like. She then laughs and walks away to call who I’m assuming is the manager and then walks over to her computer to take the plate off my tab. Myself being a server with 5 years of experience was very disappointed with the customer service.
